Trybe Ventures, the investment vehicle co-founded by US soccer icon Alex Morgan, has been named as the lead capital partner in WTGL, the upcoming indoor golf series being developed by TMRW Sports and the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA).

Context:
WTGL was announced earlier this month and its inaugural season will take place across the winter of 2026/27. It will feature teams of LPGA Tour stars competing across a season of fast-paced, team match play from the custom-built SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The same venue is used to host matches for the men’s TGL.
Morgan co-founded Trybe in 2022 and it has gone on to invest in TMRW Sports, as well as three-on-three women’s basketball league Unrivaled, TGL’s Los Angeles Golf Club and the National Women’s Soccer League’s (NWSL) San Diego Wave.
