You may not modify, create derivative works, transfer, or sell any data or information from it to third parties without prior written permission from the Publisher. The SportsPro Media web site offers access to a number of third party web pages and content. The company has no control whatsoever over the content of such sites. Third party content accessible through the website from such sources is developed by people over whom SportsPro Media exercises no control.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND PROFILE CREATION

Aspects of SportsPro Media’s Services allow you to sign up for an account, and select a password and user name. As a SportsPro account holder you promise to provide us with accurate, complete, and updated registration information about yourself. You may not select an email that you do not have the right to use, or another person’s name with the intent to impersonate that person. You may not transfer your account to anyone else without our prior written permission. 

In order to sign up for an account, you must be of legal age to form a binding contract. If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of an organisation or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to agree to these Terms on that organisation or entity’s behalf and bind them to these Terms (in which case, the references to “you” or “your” in these Terms, except for in this sentence, refer to that organisation or entity). 

You will only use the Services for your own internal or personal use, and only in a manner that complies with all laws that apply to you. If your use of the Services is prohibited by applicable laws, then you are not authorised to use the Services. We cannot and will not be responsible for your using the Services in a way that breaks the law. 

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of any termination or suspension or any other actions taken by us in connection therewith. If applicable law requires us to provide notice of termination or cancellation, we may give prior or subsequent notice by posting it on the Service or by sending a communication to any address (email or otherwise) that we have for you in our records.

SUBSCRIPTIONS, RENEWALS AND PAYMENTS

You will need a valid bank or credit card to pay for your subscription. You can choose a monthly subscription (billed monthly) or an annual subscription (billed annually).

After the initial term, your subscription will automatically renew based on the payment option you selected. We will charge the then-current rate to the card you provided unless you cancel your subscription. You will be notified of the auto-renewal: for monthly subscriptions, we will send a reminder 3 days before renewal; for annual subscriptions, we will notify you 14 days before renewal. Additionally, we will email you if there is a change to your subscription rate for the next term. You are responsible for keeping your email address up to date to receive these notifications.

If there is a failed payment, you will receive a notification and be given the opportunity to update your payment details to prevent disruption of your membership. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are up-to-date.

Refund Policy:

You may request a refund within 7 days of the renewal charge in cases of failed payments, overcharges, or technical issues that prevent access to content or services. Refunds will not be granted for cases where you forget or overlook the auto-renewal, as you will have been notified in advance of the renewal. Refunds are not available for past subscription periods unless required by law. After the refund window has passed, payments will be non-refundable.

Managing Your Subscription:

Subscribers can view their ‘Subscriptions Information’ and ‘View Memberships’ from their ‘My SportsPro+’ section. Here, you can access billing history, view your next payment date, and review your current subscription rate. You can also change your payment method by visiting ‘MySportsPro+’, selecting ‘Manage Subscriptions’, and clicking on ‘Subscription Information’ to update your payment details.

If you access any whitepapers or reports through your subscription, you agree to have your details shared with selected partners involved, subject to their privacy policies. SportsPro Media performance under these Terms and Conditions of Use is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this herein is in restriction of SportsPro Media’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this web site or information provided to or gathered by the company with respect to such use. If any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use are determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions of Use shall continue in effect.
